Required Information for a Valid Takedown Request

  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.
    If multiple works are involved, a single notice may include a representative list.

  • Identification of the infringing material or the material subject to infringing activity, including a detailed description and any information necessary for us or the service provider to locate it.

  • Contact information of the complainant, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).

  • A good-faith statement declaring that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    (Please note: under DMCA/EUCD, knowingly submitting false infringement claims may result in liability.)

  • A statement of accuracy, confirming that all information provided is correct, and a declaration—under penalty of perjury—that the complainant is legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person submitting the complaint.
