1. Digital Products
All products sold on Premify24.com are digital services, including activation keys, vouchers, and premium access credentials.
Due to the nature of digital products, items cannot be returned once delivered, except in the cases outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements may be granted only under the following circumstances:
- You receive duplicate products (e.g., identical Premium keys).
- The Premium key is invalid or unusable at the time of delivery due to a system error.
- You receive the wrong product, wrong key, or wrong service compared to your order.
- Payment was successful, but no product was delivered within 7 days due to a system issue on our side.
Customers must contact our support team and provide clear evidence of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You no longer need or want the product after purchase.
- You purchase multiple products for testing purposes and request refunds for unused items.
- Download speed is slower than expected, files are unavailable, or specific content cannot be obtained.
- The hosting provider experiences downtime, technical issues, legal shutdowns, or regional restrictions.
- Your account is suspended or banned due to violations of the hosting provider’s terms of service.
4. Resolution Method
Where applicable, replacement is the preferred resolution method.
Refunds will be considered only if replacement is not possible.
5. Payment Processing Fees
If a refund is approved, non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refunded amount.
These fees depend on the payment method, transaction type, and applicable gateway policies.
